Ingredients
1package Old El Paso Tostada Shells
2cans Old El Paso Black Bean Refried Beans
2ripe avocadospeeled, pitted and sliced
1pineapple salsa
queso fresco crumbled
2cupsfresh pineapplediced
⅔cup fresh cilantroloosely-packed, chopped
½ cup red oniondiced
1jalapenosmall, seeded and finely-chopped
2tbsplime juicefresh
¼ tspground cumin
¼ tspsalt
⅛ tspblack pepper
Preparation
Place a tostada shell on a flat work surface. Carefully spread a large spoonful of the refried beans evenly on top of the tostada.
Top with a few slices of avocado, then add it on a large spoonful of pineapple salsa. Sprinkle with a pinch of queso fresco.
Serve immediately.
Toss all ingredients together until combined.
