Ingredients

1lbfrozen pineapple chunks,(about 3 cups)

3ozwhite rum,(⅓ cup)

⅔cupcoconut milk

fresh pineapple slices

maraschino cherries

paper umbrellas

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together in a blender, and puree until smooth.  If the mixture is too thick, add in extra water or coconut milk to help it blend.

Serve immediately, topped with your desired garnishes.
