5slicestexas toast,cut into triangles
2eggs
½cupheavy whipping cream
1tspcinnamon extract
1tbspbutter
Preparation
In a medium size bowl, whisk the eggs first with a whisk or fork. Once frothy and whipped, add the whipping cream and cinnamon extract to create a custard-like mixture.
Now, heat a skillet. Add the butter in the skillet and melt.
Dredge the toast triangles into the custard and grill in the skillet. Allow both sides to get golden-brown.
