Ingredients

1lbDeLallo whole wheat pasta,dry

12ozDeLallo roasted red peppers,1 jar, drained and roughly chopped

6ozDeLallo basil pesto,1 jar

fresh mozzarella cheese,1 ball, diced

fresh arugula,3 handfuls

Preparation

Cook the pasta in a large stockpot of generously-salted boiling water to al dente, according to package instructions.

Drain the pasta, then rinse under cold water for about 20 to 30 seconds until no longer hot.

In a large serving bowl, toss the pasta with the red peppers, peso, mozzarella cheese, and arugula until combined.
