Ingredients

1lbdry pasta,used farfalle

12ozfresh strawberries,1 pint, hulled and halved

1mozzarella ball,fresh, diced

½cupfresh basil,loosely packed, torn

3tbspbalsamic glaze,like DeLallo

Preparation

Cook the pasta in a large pot of generously-salted boiling water al dente, according to package instructions.

Drain, then immediately rinse with cold water to stop the pasta from cooking.

Toss the pasta with the strawberries, mozzarella and basil.

Pour half of the pasta into a serving bowl, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Pour the remaining half of the pasta on top, then drizzle with the balsamic glaze.

Sprinkle with extra basil, if desired.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
