Ingredients
1pkgwhole wheat acieni de pepe pasta
2tbspolive oil
½sticksweet butter
1smallred onion
4clovegarlic
2tomatoes
1smallhead cabbage
cuppine nuts
cupchicken stock
¾cupgoat cheese
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large sauté pan add oil and butter.
Add onions and garlic on high heat and sauté about 5 minutes.
Add rest of vegetables and pine nuts, and cook for 15 minutes on medium to high heat.
Add chicken stock and goat cheese.
Toss pasta in with vegetables and serve.
