Ingredients
4russet potatoes,medium
1tbspolive oil
kosher salt,to taste
Preparation
Scrub potatoes with water and dab dry. Poke each potato with a fork several times.
Generously rub with oil and season with salt.
Place potatoes in the air fryer at 390 degrees F (no need to preheat).
Cook for 25 minutes, turn potatoes over, and cook for an additional 20 to 30 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
Serve with desired toppings.
