Ingredients

2chicken breast,sliced in half to make 4 thinner cutlets

6tbspseasoned breadcrumbs

2tbspparmesan cheese,grated

1tbspbutter,or olive oil, melted

6tbspmozzarella cheese,reduced fat

½cupmarinara

cooking spray

Preparation

Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F for about 3 minutes.

Combine the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Melt the butter in another bowl.

Lightly brush the butter onto the chicken, then dip it into the breadcrumb mixture.

When the air fryer is ready, place 2 pieces in the basket and spray the top with oil.

Cook for about 6 minutes, turn, and top each with 2 tablespoons of sauce and 1½ tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Cook for 3 more minutes or until the cheese is melted. Set aside and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining 2 pieces.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
