Ingredients

1tbspolive oil

1½lbsrusset potatoes

½tspseasoned salt

½tspgarlic powder

¼cuponion,chopped

¼cupbell pepper,red or green, chopped

1tbspmelted butter

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cut into ½-inch chunks.

Toss the potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt, and garlic powder.

Add to the air fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Combine the onion, bell pepper, and butter. Add to the air fryer, reduce the heat to 340 degrees F, and cook an additional 15 minutes or until vegetables and potatoes are tender.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
