Ingredients

1½lbsnew potatoes,(multi-colored), halved

2tbspolive oil

2garlic cloves,minced

1tspfresh rosemary,finely chopped

½tspkosher salt

½tsplemon zest

Preparation

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

Toss together the potatoes, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt in a large bowl. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding, then work in batches, if necessary.

Cook for about 20 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving. Enjoy!
