Ingredients

1ozsweet potatoes,peeled

2tspolive oil

½tspkosher salt

½tspgarlic powder

¼tspsweet paprika

fresh black pepper,to taste

Preparation

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

Lightly spray the fryer basket with oil.

Slice each potato into even ¼ inch thick fries.

Toss the potatoes with oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and paprika.

Cook the sweet potatoes in 2 or 3 batches, without overcrowding the pan, for 8 minutes, turning half way.

Serve warm with favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
