Ingredients
3sweet potatoes
1tbspolive oil
salt
cinnamon butter,for serving, optional
Preparation
Pierce the sweet potatoes all over with a fork. Place the sweet potatoes in the basket of your air fryer. Rub with olive oil.
Turn the air fryer to 400 degrees F and let the sweet potatoes cook for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. Top with cinnamon butter if desired.
