Ingredients
4lbturkey breaston the bone with skin ribs removed
1tbspolive oil
2tspkosher salt
½tbspdry turkey seasoningor poultry seasoning, like Bell’s
Preparation
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
Rub ½ tablespoon of oil all over the turkey breast.
Season both sides with salt and turkey seasoning, then rub in the remaining half tablespoon of oil over the skin side.
Cook the turkey skin side down for 20 minutes.
Turn over and cook for 30 to 40 minutes until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F using an instant-read thermometer.
Let the turkey rest 10 minutes before carving.
