Ingredients
2cupsmayonnaise
½cupapple cider vinegar
¼cuphorseradish,prepared
2tbspfresh lemon juice
1½tspfreshly ground black pepper
2tspyellow mustard,prepared
1tspkosher salt
½tspcayenne pepper
¼tspgarlic powder
Preparation
Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
To use while cooking meat, baste in the last 5 to 7 minutes of cooking.
