Ingredients
½cupunsalted butter
8ozcream cheese,softened
3clovesgarlic,minced
½tspkosher salt
¼tspcoarse ground black pepper
2cupswhole milk
2cupsparmesan cheese,grated
Preparation
In a large dutch oven on medium heat, whisk together the butter, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth.
Whisk in the grated parmesan cheese and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.
