Ingredients
¾ cupsalted toasted almondschopped
8ozcream cheese
8ozNeufchatel cheese
¾ cupCheddar cheesefinely grated
¾ cupMonterey Jack cheesefinely grated
¼cupParmesan cheesefinely grated
6slicesbaconcooked and crumbled
1tbspranch dressing mix
¼tsponion powder
⅛tspblack pepperfreshly ground
Preparation
Place almonds on a large plate or cutting board, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend well with a fork.
Form mixture into a ball and roll ball over almonds coating all sides.
Chill in refrigerator overnight.
Serve with crackers.
