1lbbrussels sprouts,shredded
1green apple,sliced
1red apple,sliced
½lbbacon,cooked and crumbled
¼cupcranberries
¼cuppumpkin seeds
¼cupgoat cheese
¼olive oil
2tbspmaple syrup
2tbspapple cider vinegar
1tbspdijon mustard
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded Brussels sprouts, apples, bacon, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and goat cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and mustard.
Pour over the salad and toss until coated. Serve and enjoy.
