Ingredients
5 lbs. baby back pork loin ribs
16 oz. apricot , preserves
⅓ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
Spray large slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray and place ribs in cooker.
In a bowl, combine preserves, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder and then spoon sauce over the ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
