Ingredients

1 can artichokes, drained and slightly chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Parmesan cheese

6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Preparation

Slightly chop artichokes depending on how chunky you like them.

Mix all ingredients and place in a small casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees or microwave until bubbly and slightly brown on top, for about 35 minutes.

Serve with plain, unsalted crackers.
