Ingredients
15ozgarbanzo beans,(1 can), drained
¼cuparugula,packed
¼cuptahini
¼cuplemon juice
2garlic cloves
2tbspolive oil
salt and ground black pepper,to taste
Preparation
Place the garbanzo beans, arugula, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor, then pulse until the garbanzo beans are chopped.
Slowly drizzle olive oil into garbanzo bean mixture while blending until mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with veggies or bread, and enjoy!
