4cupsnapa cabbageshredded

2cupsgreen cabbageor coleslaw mix, finely chopped

1bell pepperred, sliced

½english cucumbersliced

1carrotlarge, julienned

3cupschickencooked, shredded

3onionssliced

¼cupcilantrochopped

¼cupslivered almondstoasted

1cupcrispy wonton stripsor chow mein noodles

2tspsesame seeds

Preparation

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.

Add dressing and toss well.

Sprinkle with toppings and serve immediately.
