Ingredients

1romaine heart,chopped

1cupgreen cabbage,thinly sliced

1cuppurple cabbage,thinly sliced

1red pepper,thinly sliced

1cupbean sprouts

1cupsnap peas,sliced

1cupcarrots,julienned

2green onions,thinly sliced

2tbspcilantro,chopped

⅓cupsesame ginger dressing,store bought or homemade

1tspsesame oil

¼cupalmonds,toasted

1tbspsesame seeds

Preparation

Wash, prep and chop all vegetables

Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and toast almonds for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly browned and fragrant. Set aside to cool.

Combine all ingredients together and toss with dressing.

Top with toasted almonds, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
