Ingredients
2tbspred wine vinegar
½tspdijon mustard
1tsphoney
¼tspsalt
ground pepper
3tbspolive oil
2ripe pears,small, peeled and diced
¼cupGorgonzola cheese,crumbled
8ozbaby greens
1ozpecans,about 20 halves
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil and blend.
In a separate bowl, combine baby greens, pears, Gorgonzola cheese and pecans.
Add the vinaigrette and toss well upon serving.
Serve immediately.
