4Flatout flatbreads,light

1avocado,peeled, pitted

½tbsplemon juice

⅓cupGreek yogurt,fat free

⅓cuplight ranch dressing

1tbspfresh dill

1tbspfresh parsley

salt and pepper,to taste

2cupschicken,cooked

1cupcelery,diced

lettuce

tomato,slices

Preparation

Place the avocado and lemon juice in a bowl, then mash until almost smooth.

Stir in the yogurt, dressing, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken and celery, then mix well.

Place one light Flatout flatbread on a flat surface.

Top with the lettuce and tomato.

Add the chicken mixture, then roll the wrap snugly.

Slice in half, serve, and enjoy!
