Ingredients

1cupGreek yogurt,plain fat free or low-fat

1medium avocado,peeled and cored

1½tbspfresh lime juice

1garlic clove

2tbspfresh parsley,chopped, or 2 tsp dried

2tspfresh dill,chopped, or ½ tsp dried

2tspfresh chives,chopped, or ¾ tsp dried

½tsponion powder

salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste

6tbspmilk,as needed

Preparation

Add all dressing ingredients except for milk to a food processor. Pulse until well blended.

Add in milk 1 tablespoon at a time to reach the desired thickness. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
