Ingredients

1avocado,ripe

2slicesbread,of choice

1garlic clove

extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper

lemon juice,optional

cilantro,or parsley, finely chopped

Preparation

Cut the avocado in half, then remove the seed.

Toast the bread to taste.

While toast is still hot, lightly rub the surface with the cut side of the garlic clove.

Use a spoon to scoop the avocado flesh out, then a fork to mush it onto the toast.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Squeeze over a bit of lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with cilantro.

Serve, and enjoy!
