Ingredients
8 tortillas
⅔ cup tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado
1 ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
Chop the tomato and thinly slice the avocado.
Sprinkle each tortilla with cheese.
Top with tomato and avocado slices.
Fold over the tortilla and place in a sandwich press.
Cook for 5 minutes and cut the quesadilla in half.
