Ingredients
8slicesbacon
1headiceberg lettuce,in 8 wedges
2cupsblue cheese dressing
6ozblue cheese,crumbled
2cupsgrape tomatoes,halved
½smallred onion,diced
ground black pepper,to taste
¼cupchives,chopped
Preparation
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium high heat until crispy but still chewy.
Remove from pan and chop into a large dice.
Add the blue cheese dressing to the iceberg lettuce.
Top with bacon, tomatoes, onion, black pepper and chives.
