1½cupscheddar cheese,shredded

12bacon strips,raw

½tspkosher salt

¼tspcoarse ground black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Unfold the puff pastry sheets and line with bacon. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.

Roll-up, starting with a long side, then pinch seam to seal. Cut into ½-inch slices to yield 48 pieces.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
