Ingredients

8hot dogs

½cupcheese,shredded

16slice bacon,pre-cooked

8hot dog buns,toasted

tomatoes,diced

pickle relish

lettuce,shredded

caramelized onions

baked beans

ketchup

mayonnaise

Dijon mustard,or BBQ sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Slice each hot dog lengthwise down the middle almost, but not all the way through.

Fill the pocket with a little shredded cheese.

Wrap the hot dog with 2 slices of thin-sliced, pre-cooked bacon. Secure bacon with toothpicks if necessary.

Place hot dogs on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bacon and hot dog are hot.

Serve with toppings of your choice, and enjoy!
