Ingredients
6chicken thighs,bone in and skin on
1tspkosher salt
½tspblack pepper,coarse ground
½tspdried thyme
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Season the dry chicken thighs with salt, pepper and thyme.
Place the chicken into a baking dish, then roast for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
