Ingredients

1cupplain yogurt

½tbspred chili powder

½tbspground coriander

½tbspground cumin

1tspground tumeric

½tspgaram masala

2tbsplemon juice

½tspfenugreek leaves,dried

1bunchfresh cilantro stem,crushed

½tbspsalt

1½tbspginger-garlic paste

2red food colorings

4chicken leg quarters,cut into two

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except chicken.

Make long slits on chicken with a knife.

Put the chicken in the marinade overnight.

Bake at 450 degrees F for 50 minutes..
