Ingredients
4corn on the cob earshusked
2tbspbuttermelted
½cupwater
salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Brush the corn with melted butter.
Place the corn in a 2-quart baking dish.
Add water, then cover with foil.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
Toss the corn with butter and salt and pepper.
Serve, and enjoy!
