Ingredients
4cupsromaineshredded, or cobb, lettuce
14ozchickpeasrinsed and drained
14ozgrape tomatoeshalved or cherry tomatoes
3.5ozfat feta cheesereduced
2hass avocadospitted, and chopped
Salt and black pepperto taste
2tbspolive oil
1tbspbalsamic vinegar
Preparation
In a medium bowl, combine salad ingredients. Set aside.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a serving jug.
Pour the dressing over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
