1mediumbananawell ripened, diced into pieces, and frozen

⅔cupalmond milkunsweetened

1/3cupGreek yogurtfat free, plain

1 ½tbspalmond buttercreamy

1tbspground flaxseed meal

1tsphoney

4dropsalmond extract

4ice cubes(optional)

Preparation

In a blender, add banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, ground flaxseed, honey, and almond extract.

Blend until combined, then add ice if desired and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
