Ingredients
2bananas,peeled, sliced and frozen
1cupAlmond milk
½cupplain non-fat Greek yogurt
2tspchai tea leaves,dry
1tspvanilla extract
¼tspground cinnamon
1tspmaple syrup,optional
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Serve immediately, topped with a few extra slices of banana if desired.
