2cupspapaya,chopped
1medium red onion
½cupcilantro,chopped
¼cuplime juice,fresh
¼cupcider vinegar
1jalapeno chili
2tspkosher salt
1tspfreshly ground pepper
2cupbanana,firm and slightly under ripe, chopped
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the papaya, onion, cilantro, lime juice, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add the banana, serve, and enjoy!
