Ingredients

4 bananas, peeled

2 cup fat-free plain yogurt, or vanilla yogurt

1 cup strawberries, crushed

1 cup pineapple, drained, crushed

1 tbsp. honey, eliminate if using vanilla yogurt

1 cup low-sugar cereal , Cheerios, All-Bran, etc., such as Grape Nuts

Preparation

Mix yogurt, pineapple and honey.

Dice or slice bananas.

For each serving, layer yogurt mixture, bananas, cereal and strawberries in a parfait glass.

Sprinkle top with additional cereal, and serve.
