Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Line a 9-inch springform pan or a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, milk, vegetables and seasonings.

Pour the mixture into the springform pan or baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the frittata is golden and puffy and the center feels firm and springy.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
