Ingredients

1½lbslean ground beef

1yellow onion,diced

14½oztomatoes,drained, diced

1cupbeef broth

½cupketchup

½cupbarbecue sauce

1tbspWorcestershire sauce

6brioche buns,toasted

1cupcheddar cheese,shredded

Preparation

In a large skillet, add the beef and onions, cooking well, and breaking it apart but leaving some chunks for 5 to 6 minutes.

Add in the canned diced tomatoes, beef broth, ketchup, bbq sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until the sauce starts to evaporate and the mixture becomes sloppy for about 5 to 6 minutes.

Spoon the mixture onto the brioche buns and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
