Ingredients
1lbcheddar cheese,processed
1canrefried beans,fat-free
2cupssalsa
corn chips,for dipping
tomato,diced, or pepper, for garnish, optional
Preparation
Cut the cheese into 1-inch chunks. Open the can of beans.
Put the cheese, beans, and salsa in the pot. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and the dip is the same consistency.
Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Garnish with diced tomato or pepper.
Serve with corn chips and enjoy.
