Beef N Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

3 oz dried beef

8 oz cream cheese, softened

8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tbsp pimento, chopped

1 tbsp green pepper, chopped

1 tbsp. onion, chopped

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients well and shape into a ball or log.

Roll in chopped dried beef and refrigerate.
