Ingredients

¼cupuncooked pre-washed quinoa,or rinse well under water

½cupunsweetened almond milk

½tspcinnamon

½tspvanilla extract

2tsphoney

1medium banana,sliced

6strawberries,sliced

½cupblueberries

2tsphemp seeds,pepitas or nuts

¼cupwarmed almond milk

Preparation

Fill a small pot of almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer

Add quinoa. Cover and cook on Low for about 20 to 25 minutes until liquid evaporates.

Fluff with a fork.

Divide the hot quinoa into 2 bowls. Top each with sliced fruit and hemp seeds.

Drizzle with honey. Add warm milk if desired.
