Ingredients

2bagelsseasoned or unseasoned

2tbspolive oilor vegetable oil

1tspsaltoptional if using seasoned bagels

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice a bagel in half, then slice each half into ⅛” strips.

Spread bagel slices on a baking sheet and brush with oil.

Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
