Ingredients

1 lbpizza doughor 1 can refrigerated pizza dough

1cuppizza saucedivided

2tspfresh parsley

½ tspgarlic powder

1 ½mozzarella cheeseshredded

⅓ cupparmesan cheesegrated

⅔ cup mini pepperonior chopped pepperoni

2tbspolive oil

2tbspparmesan cheesegrated

fresh parsleyfor garnish

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Roll pizza dough out to approximately a 16″ x 14″ square.

Combine garlic powder and parsley with ½ cup of pizza sauce then spread over the dough.

Top with mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and mini pepperoni.

Roll dough cinnamon roll style.

Cut into 12 slices, then place in greased muffin tins.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese then bake for 12 to 14 minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes.

Serve with remaining pizza sauce for dipping, and enjoy!
