Ingredients

½tspkosher salt

½ cup tahini

3tbspolive oil

2tbsplemonsqueezed

4tbspwatercold, as needed

1tbspcilantroor parsley, to taste

Preparation

Place the garlic on a cutting board with salt. Using a fork, mash the garlic to a fine paste.

Add garlic paste, tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice to a bowl. Whisk until smooth.

Add water as needed to reach the desired consistency.

Stir in cilantro once ready to serve.
