Ingredients

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp. garlic powder

kosher salt and ground black pepper

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

1 cup vegetable oil

1 tbsp water

Preparation

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan.

In a large ziplock bag, add in the garlic, salt, pepper, and flour.

Place the chicken in the bag and lightly shake to ensure that it is evenly coated. After that, place the breadcrumbs in a shallow baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk the egg together with water.

Coat the chicken in the egg mixture then roll them in the breadcrumbs.

Place the chicken in the heated pan and fry them until they turn golden brown.

Transfer the chicken pieces onto a paper towel to drain the grease. Afterward, serve them hot with a dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
