Ingredients
9cupscorn cereal,or rice, or wheat Chex cereal, or a combination
1cupchocolate chips,semi-sweet
½cupBiscoff creamy spread
¼cupbutter
1tspvanilla,optional
1½cupssugar,powdered
Preparation
In a 1-quart microwaveable bowl, microwave the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter uncovered on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth.
Stir in the vanilla. Pour in the cereal, stirring carefully until evenly coated. Pour into a 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
Add the powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well-coated. Store in an airtight container or bag in the refrigerator.
