Ingredients

½cupshortening

¾cupsugar

1egg

¼cupmilk

1tspvanilla extract

1¾cupsall purpose flour

½cupbaking cocoa

½tspsalt

½tspbaking soda

1cupswhite chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda; gradually add dry mixture to shortening and mix well.

Fold in white chocolate chips.

Use mini cookie scoop to place onto an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
