Ingredients
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans black beans, drained
8 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
¾ cup cilantro, minced
¼ cup lime juice
½ tsp. salt
Preparation
Combine the corn, black beans, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
Stir well. Season with salt to taste.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
